Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and cash on delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your website? A: Yes, absolutely. We use secure SSL encryption and comply with PCI DSS standards to protect your payment information.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order? A: You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: What are your shipping charges? A: We provide free shipping. 

Q: How long does delivery take? A: Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days. 

Q: Do you deliver pan-India? A: Yes, we deliver across India. Some remote areas may have extended delivery times.

Q: What if I'm not available during delivery? A: Our delivery partner will attempt delivery 3 times.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging with tags.

Q: How do I return an item? A: Exchange request must be raised with us before sending any items back. Products sent without prior intimation will not be accepted. Please check our return/exchange policy to get more details

Q: When will I receive my refund? A: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Q: Do I need to create an account to shop? A: No, you can shop as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders and enjoy faster checkout.

Q: How can I track my order? A: You'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order ships. You can also track it in your account.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or wrong item? A: Please contact us immediately with photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
